Job description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA- hybrid schedule
Duration: 4 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $32.00-$37.00/hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, submit, and process Creative Work Orders (CWOs) for various title assets, including static visuals, social media content, pre-order panels/pages, Amazon banners, and video ads/trailers.
Facilitate project progress by coordinating asset routing, gathering, and consolidating feedback.
Complete and maintain Google/Amazon planning documents.
Support the approval process by providing relevant product and marketing information to key stakeholders.
Update and manage the Marketing Calendar.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver assets for targeted campaigns.
Gather data and compile advertising performance reports.
Source and organize artwork for campaigns and social media holidays.
Assist in crafting marketing copy.
Create CWOs for convention-related assets and oversee the Convention task list and deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

1–2 years of experience working in a marketing team.
Interest or experience in media publishing, the comics industry, and marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Mac systems.
Strong English copywriting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
