The Opportunity
Robeson Parks is seeking a visionary Art Director with a proven track record of developing and leading the visual style and artistic direction for global campaigns. This role requires experience across various media, including advertising, film, television, publishing, and digital platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding and unifying the vision of projects while ensuring alignment with brand identity and narrative goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original concept art and asset design for digital media campaigns, communications, social media, marketing materials, press and print advertising, logos, and branding.
- Manage projects to ensure deadlines are met and all deliverables adhere to the Robeson Parks standard of excellence.
- Collaborate with the creative director, account managers, designers, and copywriters to establish the appropriate creative direction, including developing design briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on project requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and goals for each project.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on current industry trends.
- Translate concepts into visual storytelling that aligns with project objectives.
- Work under tight deadlines and adhere to production schedules as required.
- Stay abreast of new media formats and integrate them into campaigns as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Exceptional team management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
