Job Summary
The Digital Commerce Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving client's digital strategy forward. This position is responsible for managing our enterprise web analytics platforms and developing insightful KPIs, dashboards, reports and analyses that enhance our digital channels' performance. The ultimate goal is to deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and boost ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Oversee the technical aspects of web analytics platforms to understand visitor behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. This includes ongoing platform configuration, tagging ops, tool integrations, etc.
Data Analysis:
Extract and analyze web analytics and business performance metrics from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through continuous monitoring and auditing.
Innovative Reporting:
Develop scalable and innovative methods for data extraction, analysis, and visualization to automate processes and drive insights.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Digital Product Managers, IT and business teams to measure and optimize content, new features, and capabilities.
Request Management:
Manage the analytics request intake process, including communication, documentation, and project management, as required.
Optimization:
Partner with Product Management and User Experience teams to improve site capabilities by combining analytics insights with Voice of Customer and session replay capabilities.
Insight Presentation:
Present actionable insights to digital product teams, IT, marketing and business stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to a growing knowledge base of insights, best practices, and evergreen processes, and cross-train teams on analytics tools and approaches.
Stakeholder Empowerment:
Enable stakeholders to leverage analytics for identifying sales and service opportunities and new business development.

Working Conditions
Remote Work: This position is 90% remote with occasional in-office collaboration at our St. Paul, MN headquarters.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an analytics-focused role, with at least 2 years using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio. Experience with Google Ads, Google Cloud / Big Query, other related analytics tools and BI / database products preferred.
Skills:
Ability to interpret data quickly, transform analytics into actionable reports, prioritize competing requests, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) and intellectual curiosity are essential.
Knowledge:
Understanding of attribution models, SEO, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, CMS, and CRM systems.
