Job Summary:
Skin Gym is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Creative Paid Ads Strategist with expertise in both video and static ad creation and optimization. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advertising best practices, a keen eye for design and storytelling, and the analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies for Skin Gym, focusing on video and static ads.
Set clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Create detailed campaign calendars and timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative Development and Execution:
Conceptualize, create, and produce high-quality video and static ads tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and videographers to develop compelling ad creatives.
Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining consistency and quality.
Write engaging ad copy and scripts that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.
Platform Management and Optimization:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging.
Adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
Research and experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and creative experimentation in paid advertising.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Communicate campaign updates, performance reports, and insights to the marketing manager and other team members.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on video and static ads.
Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising best practices, and analytics tools.
Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication.
Ability to write engaging ad copy and scripts that drive action.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the beauty industry and e-commerce is a plus.
