The Content Studio is WCS’s on site production capability. We are a team of creative makers who are experts in the intersection of craft and technology necessary to tell the most innovative and compelling stories through experiences, art, design, video, photography, motion graphics, animation, and sound. Our Playa Vista state of the art production facility sits in the heart of silicon beach.

What we’re looking for:
Someone with passion for fashion and trends and omni channel retail experiences. You will help to inform and govern the overall look and feel of the studio’s Fashion output to ensure it aligns with stakeholder and creative expectations. You will build relationships with merchant teams, brand design and the Fashion Office, visual merchandising, editorial and creative teams to interpret and cascade out through the imaging teams. You will set specific styling guidelines and oversee a roster of contingent stylists based on seasonal drops, per category and brand. You will also be accountable to build, refresh and maintain a style closet [both on-site and offsite] that matches trends and styling cues for all our brands. You are deeply connected with the local crew network and will draw on your relationships and experience to leverage the right talent on sets. You thrive on set, in a fast-paced environment that is efficient and treats everyone with respect to ensure all teams can do their best work. Responsibilities

Publish and own styling SOPs that can easily scale your vision across your roster of “go to” contingent workers.

Oversee styling on various Private Label and Elevated Brand sets. Accountable to all styling, even when you’re not the lead/set stylist.

Lead a weekly walk through of Product Photography styling to ensure crew is prepared, and all styling elements are secured from Samples teams.

Organize and manage all style outs for Elevated Brand productions

Help build a network and vet freelance stylists across categories

Work with the Senior manager to put repeatable processes in place that helps the team plan, manage multiple parallel projects, and run our business.

Ensure smooth operations, a friendly and calm workspace for our teams to be inspired; and a studio experience that leaves our clients and partners wanting more.

Be a strategic partner and collaborator with creatives to help identify trends, looks appropriate to Walmart’s business
Basic Qualifications

4-year bachelor's degree

10 years of styling for ecommerce, brand, editorial or combination of the three
Preferred Qualifications

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
