Job Title: Freelance Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough, dependable research to the highest standards and recommend the most suitable roles and positions to match skills with business objectives
- Identify, vet and recruit the highest quality freelancers and contractors across many sectors (e.g. SDRs, sales closers, proposal writers, graphic designers, SEO specialists, etc)
- Perform initial screenings, schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, negotiate terms, and keep us on track towards our talent acquisition goals
- An exceptional candidate will analyze our business interests and goals to proactively recommend effective talent solutions to further advance these objectives
What You’ll Bring:
- U.S. based and fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum three years experience as a contract recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Expert sourcing and vetting capabilities combined with critical thinking skills
- Commitment to excellence
- High level of organization with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
