Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Remote(Austin, TX, NYC, NY, Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA) Looking for local candidates only.

Duration: 12 months + possible extension Contract

Remote – role is remote, but candidate must be local to one of the above cities and be onsite during their first 5 days

40 hours per week

Job Description:

Lead user research activities to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Design end-to-end user experiences and workflow solutions for enterprise financial software, including AI and automation-enabled products.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions.
Work within and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and UX standards.
Validate designs through user testing, feedback, and continuous iteration to ensure successful product outcomes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of enterprise software or complex digital products.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Proficiency with UX design tools, wireframing, prototyping, and working within design systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
