Role Overview

The Client Success and Campaign Performance Manager supports client results, campaign performance, and overall fulfillment quality.

You will work closely with our VP of Creative and Campaign Strategy and will have access to client campaigns, Meta ad accounts, performance data, and internal systems.

Because of this level of access, trust, consistency, and professionalism are required.

Over time, this role can grow into handling campaign performance review calls and deeper client communication.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign and Performance Support

Review active client campaigns and performance metrics
Monitor results such as streams, engagement, and growth
Assist with Meta campaign checks and organization
Identify issues early and flag them for optimization

Client Success Support

Help ensure clients feel informed and supported
Assist with client communication and updates
Support expectation management and retention
Escalate issues quickly and professionally

Reporting and Organization

Update internal trackers and reports
Prepare performance summaries
Maintain clean client folders and documentation
Submit daily end of day summaries

Meetings and Accountability

Attend daily Morning Meetings at 9:00 AM Central
Track working hours accurately
Stay responsive and communicative during work hours

Required Skills and Experience

You must have:

Basic understanding of Meta ads and how campaigns work
Comfort reading performance data and analytics
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet and ability to work during Central Time

Nice to Have but Not Required

Experience working with artists or music related projects
Familiarity with Spotify for Artists or streaming platforms
Basic video editing skills such as CapCut
Experience assisting with ad creatives or content
