Position Overview :
Interdependence is seeking a Freelance Brand Strategist to collaborate with our dynamic team in crafting impactful brand strategies for our diverse clientele. This role requires a visionary thinker who can analyze market trends, identify key insights, and develop strategic frameworks that position our clients for success. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess and creative ingenuity, delivering strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with account teams, creative, and PR professionals to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to uncover insights that inform strategic direction.
- Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to client objectives.
- Develop brand guidelines and oversee their application across various platforms and touchpoints.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Provide strategic oversight on brand activations, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend adjustments to optimize impact and relevance.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies across multiple industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives and storytelling to bring strategies to life.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and PR best practices is a plus.
