This opportunity involves working alongside the founder — an industrial designer & entrepreneur — to bring new products to market, streamline production & marketing efforts of existing products, and help the company scale.

Role Description

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and versatile Project Manager to play a crucial role at a small company sitting at the intersect of product design and wellness. An ideal candidate will amplify day-to-day operations of the company, manage projects, and help drive the success of the ONO brand to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative agencies, manufacturing and fulfillment partners, web designers, content creator freelancers, and social media influencers to drive success across various creative, product development, and marketing projects
Oversee project planning and execution of details big and small, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and any blockers to progress are navigated
Strategize and execute new product launches, including Kickstarter campaign supervision, influencer pre-launch product seeding, content creation, and promotion to current customers
Provide guidance to partners responsible for social media content creation, paid social campaigns, Amazon advertising campaigns, paid search advertising, and email marketing campaigns
Take ownership of social media channel monitoring, customer inquiries, and influencer outreach, with opportunity to shape organic content strategy
Collaborate with founder directly on product roadmap and launch strategies, with opportunity to aid in product ideation and development
Provide day-to-day support to company founder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative
Someone looking to learn and grow within a startup environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Strong understanding of social media with a good understanding of current trends (experience with social media management a plus)
Experience in Industrial or Graphic Design a plus
Passion for wellness a plus
