Role Description
We are seeking a creative and data-minded Social Media Specialist to join our team and bring our clients’ stories to life. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage tailored social media strategies for each client in your portfolio. You will create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and cultivate relationships within each client’s online community. You’ll attend in-person content shoots to capture photo and video content, which you will then edit and schedule for their social media channels. Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce original content, including visual assets and written copy, that effectively communicates each client’s message and engages their target audience across social media channels.
- Content Scheduling: Develop monthly content calendars, coordinate creative assets, and schedule posts across client accounts.
- Trend Identification: Research and identify current social media trends, leveraging them to inform client strategies.
- Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities for each client.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Client Communication: Participate in client meetings to align on strategy, review progress, and analyze performance, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized and excel in both project and time management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, with a solid understanding of content best practices.
- Familiarity with editing platforms such as CapCut, Canva, and others.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, self-starter with a creative problem solving mindset and passion for social media marketing.
