Job Title: Content Creator (Freelance)

Location: New York City

Project Date: TBC - first week of October

Compensation: $250/project

We are seeking creative talent to join us on this journey and help shape the future of BURDLIFE.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance Content Creator to join us on a project basis for our upcoming studio media shoot. You'll be working alongside a professional photographer and models, capturing high-quality behind-the-scenes footage as well as social-first video and image content that aligns with BURDLIFE’s brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and create dynamic BTS (behind-the-scenes) content, including photos and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure content aligns with BURDLIFE's brand voice and visual identity.
Work efficiently in a studio setting, keeping pace with the photoshoot schedule.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience creating content for social media, including both video and photography.
Experience with jewelry, fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Ability to deliver quick, engaging edits with a social-first approach.
Must have your own equipment (a phone with an HD camera capable of shooting high-quality content).
A creative eye for detail and an understanding of current social media trends.

Opportunity for Future Collaboration:

This is a freelance/project-based role, but if there's a good fit, it could lead to repeated collaboration on future BURDLIFE shoots and other content creation projects as we continue to grow.
