Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members to foster brand loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in content creation that includes photography and video editing.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.
