Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Freelance Unity Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of Hometopia, a multiplayer homebuilding and design simulation game. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Unity developer to work on an engaging project that combines construction, design, and virtual reality elements to offer players a unique gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Game Development: Build and refine gameplay mechanics, features, and systems using the Unity engine to enhance player experience in Hometopia.
Optimization: Ensure the game runs smoothly across multiple platforms by optimizing code, assets, and overall performance.
UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the design team to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that fit the home-building and design theme.
Collaborate with Design & Art Teams: Work closely with artists and designers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets, animations, and visual effects in Unity.
Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure a polished, high-quality gaming experience.
Version Control & Project Management: Use version control tools like Git and project management software to stay aligned with the team’s goals and timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Unity Developer, ideally within the simulation, design, or construction game genre.
Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity engine.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
