Job Summary
Compensation: $17/hour
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: 8 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and Full-Time
About the Role
This is a hands-on, onsite position for someone who loves visual storytelling, social media, and capturing beautiful, authentic content.
You'll work closely with the founder to film day-to-day operations, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes moments.
Responsibilities
- Film short-form UGC video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Capture founder lifestyle, workdays, meetings, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Assist with creative concepts, filming angles, and shot planning.
- Capture footage of Hudson West events, locations, and experiences.
- Organize and manage recorded footage.
- Assist with basic video editing and content preparation.
- Collaborate with the founder and operations team on upcoming content.
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable filming on an iPhone or camera.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Creative, reliable, organized, and comfortable taking direction.
- Interested in lifestyle, entrepreneurship, media, and design.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Students and emerging content creators are encouraged to apply. A degree is not required.
Location & Schedule
This is an onsite position, not a remote role.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
- Primary work location in the Humble area.
- Some assignments will require traveling to other local locations with the team to capture content. These assignments are considered onsite work.
- Occasional additional hours, including on nonscheduled days or weekends, may be requested for special events, shoots, or projects, subject to availability and prior approval.
- All hours worked will be compensated in accordance with applicable law.
