About The Role
The role owns the brand's presence across social channels end-to-end — building the strategy, running the day-to-day, and turning engagement into measurable demand for the business.
You will sit at the intersection of content, demand generation, and community: partnering with growth, PR, and product marketing to ship campaigns that grow followers, drive pipeline, and shape how the market talks about the company across B2B and B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy and editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligned to product launches and campaign moments
- Write, edit, and publish platform-native content — short-form video, threads, carousels, and executive thought-leadership posts
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns with the demand-gen team, managing budgets and creative testing across Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Monitor, report, and optimize performance weekly using analytics tools (Sprout Social, GA4, native platform insights) against KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, and pipeline contribution
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from sourcing through contracting and performance review
- Run social listening to surface trends, competitive moves, and community sentiment; feed insights back into messaging and content strategy
- Support brand voice during product launches and real-time moments, including social coverage of events and rapid-response communications
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years running social media for a consumer or B2B tech brand, with work you can show and explain the results behind
- Deep hands-on knowledge of the major platforms' algorithms, formats, and paid products — you know what works and why
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to switch voice between executive LinkedIn posts and TikTok hooks
- Experience producing short-form video, including working with creators or editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Fluent in social analytics and reporting; comfortable tying social activity to traffic, leads, and revenue
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with community management, employee advocacy programs, or building an executive brand from scratch
