Freelance UGC Producer + Social Media Manager

Extra Hours® Agency | @extrahoursagency

Extra Hours® Agency is looking for a freelance UGC Producer + Social Media Manager to support our growing roster of brand clients.

We're looking for someone who understands how to produce great social-native content through creators, while also managing the day-to-day operations of brand social accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable developing creative concepts, managing UGC creators, and organizing social calendars.

UGC Production + Creator Management

- Source, outreach, negotiate, and manage UGC creators across multiple brand accounts.

- Negotiate creator rates, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.

- Manage monthly creator budgets and track production costs.

- Develop UGC concepts, hooks, formats, and scripts tailored to each brand.

- Write clear, actionable creator briefs.

- Review creator submissions and provide creative feedback and revision requests.

- Manage creator timelines, payments, and final asset delivery.

- Build and maintain relationships with a strong network of UGC creators.

Social Media Management

- Manage monthly content calendars for client Instagram and TikTok accounts.

- Organize and schedule Reels, videos, and other social content.

- Write captions and prepare content for publishing.

- Coordinate client feedback, approvals, and revisions.

- Oversee scheduling and publishing across accounts.

- Track performance and prepare recurring social reports.

- Keep content production and publishing timelines organized.

Who We're Looking For

- Direct experience managing UGC creators and creator-led content programs.

- Proven ability to handle creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, feedback, and revisions.

- Experience managing brand Instagram and/or TikTok accounts.

- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, hooks, trends, and social-native content.

- A mix of creative instincts and operational expertise.

- Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple creators, clients, budgets, and deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and creators.

**Important:** We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience producing social-native UGC. Traditional campaign producers, music video producers, or editorial producers without direct UGC experience are not the right fit for this role.

When Applying

Please include:

1. Any examples of UGC or creator-led videos you personally concepted, produced, or managed.

2. A brief explanation of your specific role in each example.

3. Examples of brand Instagram or TikTok accounts you've managed.

4. An example of a multi-creator UGC program you've managed, including how you coordinated the creators and deliverables.
