About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & PR Coordinator to help expand our digital presence, cultivate meaningful relationships, and bring our brand's vision to a wider audience. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sensibility, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. You're equally comfortable writing a compelling caption, organizing a content calendar, and reaching out to a stylist or potential brand partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage content calendars, write captions, and schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- PR & Influencer Outreach: Research and connect with relevant influencers, stylists, editors, and potential brand partners. Coordinate outreach, collaborations, and follow-ups.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, engage with our audience, and help cultivate an active online community.
- Brand & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the founder and creative team on marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and presentation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, designer brands, and vintage clothing, bags, and accessories.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with influencer outreach, Canva, Shopify, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Position Details
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 8–12 hours per week, with potential for growth.
- Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid).
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
