About Soley Creatives

Soley Creatives is a boutique creative and social media agency based in the Tampa Bay area. We help businesses build brands people connect with through strategic social media management, professional photography and videography, content creation, and creative direction. We're a small, growing team that works closely with our clients, and we're looking for someone who can jump in, take initiative, and grow alongside us.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Social Media Account Manager to take the lead on individual client accounts, helping manage everything from strategy and content planning to production and day-to-day social media management.

You'll work closely with our founder and creative team, but we're looking for someone who's comfortable taking ownership of their accounts, communicating directly with clients, and keeping projects moving without constant direction.

This role is ideal for someone who's organized, creative, proactive, and already has experience managing social media for businesses or brands.

Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client communication, requests, updates, and follow-ups.
Attend client meetings, onboarding calls, and strategy discussions.
Keep projects organized and ensure client deliverables stay on schedule.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers.
Proactively identify upcoming needs and keep accounts moving forward.

Content Strategy & Planning

Assist with onboarding new clients, brand research, and strategy development.
Brainstorm content ideas and creative concepts.
Develop monthly content calendars and feed plans.
Prepare shot lists and creative briefs for upcoming production days.
Create clear briefs and direction for video editors and graphic designers.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction across client accounts.

Content Production & Social Media Management

Attend and help lead scheduled client content shoots, keeping production organized and ensuring planned content is captured.
Collaborate with the production team on creative direction.
Review graphics, video edits, and other content before publication.
Write captions and assist with copywriting.
Schedule and publish approved content.
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on assigned accounts.
Review basic social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working directly with clients and participating in meetings.
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong writing skills and an understanding of brand voice.
An eye for visual content and an understanding of short-form video.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects independently.
Comfortable collaborating with a creative production team.
Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and doesn't need constant reminders or direction.
Previous agency experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time, hybrid position for someone located in the Tampa Bay area.

Most day-to-day work can be completed remotely. However, candidates must be available to attend scheduled client content shoots and occasional in-person meetings throughout St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.

We anticipate approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with the potential for additional hours as our client roster grows. Hours may vary depending on client needs, onboarding, and upcoming production schedules.

The schedule is flexible, but reasonable availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET) is required for client communication, meetings, and team coordination.

This does not mean being online or working continuously during those hours. We're simply looking for someone who is responsive, dependable, and able to manage client requests in a timely manner.

Hours will be tracked, and any additional hours will be discussed and approved as needed.

Why Work With Us?

We're a growing creative agency with a close-knit team and a collaborative approach to our work. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of local businesses, contribute your own creative ideas, and take real ownership of the accounts you manage.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of what we're building, enjoys working with people, and is interested in growing alongside the agency.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume at info@soleycreatives.com along with examples of social media accounts you've managed, relevant work samples, or a portfolio.

We're looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
