Title: Creative Designer
Type: 6-month contract (potential to extend/ convert to FTE)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $35-$43/hr
Summary: Our client, a global real estate investment bank is currently seeking a Creative Designer who reports to the Head of Creative. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced & vibrant environment while delivering polished, compelling materials. The candidate will have a deep, working knowledge of Microsoft Office & be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
Essential Functions
- Design and develop high-quality marketing, presentation, and communication materials.
- Partner with deal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to create visually compelling, brand-aligned deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Recommend and implement design improvements, templates, and best practices.
- Apply current design trends and creative solutions to enhance presentations and marketing materials.
- Build strong working relationships with teams across business lines and geographies.
Requirements, Education and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and conceptual design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- PowerPoint training experience is a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
