We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day promotional efforts and help strengthen brand visibility in Memphis, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, creating engaging messaging, and contributing to both digital and direct outreach initiatives. The person in this role will work across marketing activities, email communications, and social media efforts to help deliver consistent and effective audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and business goals.
• Develop engaging written content for email outreach, social media channels, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate direct marketing efforts by organizing campaign details, tracking timelines, and supporting delivery schedules.
• Help manage email campaigns, including content preparation, distribution support, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to social media activity by preparing posts, maintaining content calendars, and encouraging audience interaction.
• Support the broader marketing team with administrative and project-related tasks to keep campaigns moving efficiently.
*Modern B2B marketing design is preferred: Sales collateral, email, social graphics, and experience applying brand guidelines.

• Experience supporting marketing projects, campaigns, or promotional activities in a detail-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with email campaign coordination and an understanding of audience-focused communication.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and content publishing best practices.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive content tailored to different marketing channels.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
