Responsibilities
Kforce's client in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Tax Content Management & Communications Contractor to support a large, high-profile professional services organization. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute internal communications, executive messaging, employee engagement initiatives, and technical business content for a large professional audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who excels at creating compelling content, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving engagement across large organizations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies and communication plans
- Create executive messaging, leadership communications, and employee engagement content
- Develop, edit, and manage technical and business-related communications, including tax-related content
- Produce and coordinate large-scale webinars and virtual events for audiences ranging from 500 to 1,500 attendees
- Create presentations and support content development for leadership meetings and business initiatives
- Manage editorial calendars, newsletters, and internal communication channels
- Oversee content review and approval processes across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content management, or related fields
- Strong technical and business writing experience
- Experience supporting large organizations with thousands of employees
- Background in financial services and/or professional services environments
- Proven experience developing executive communications and employee engagement strategies
- Experience managing large-scale webinars, presentations, and communication campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex review and approval processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
