Join Babyface Brows
Babyface Brows is a specialty brow and lash studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn, just steps from Barclays Center. We’re building a beauty brand around expert brows, great lashes, and a thoughtful client experience.
We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated person who can help us make better content, connect with our audience, and grow our presence online.
Your Focus
You’ll help shape how people discover and experience Babyface online. Working directly with management, you’ll turn ideas into content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
This is a hands-on creative role to start, with room to take on greater responsibility across marketing as the business grows.
Show Us What You Can Create
Previous content creation experience is required. You don’t need to have worked for a company or agency. Content from your own social accounts, school projects, freelance work, personal projects, or a business all count. We want to see that you’ve taken an idea and turned it into something people can watch, read, or engage with.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCreate, Film & Publish
You’ll help bring a mix of content to life, including:
- Before-and-after transformations
- Educational posts and carousel graphics
- Short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, skits, and trends
- Stories and interactive content
- Behind-the-scenes footage and everyday studio moments
- New creative concepts that fit our brand and audience
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Researching trends and developing fresh content ideas
- Planning shoots and coordinating with clients and artists
- Filming services, transformations, and team moments
- Helping people feel comfortable and natural on camera
- Editing content using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Preparing and publishing posts across our social channels
- Maintaining a consistent posting schedule and visual style
How You’ll Grow in the Role
Initially, you’ll partner closely with management to produce more content, strengthen its quality, and test new creative approaches.
Over time, we want you to take greater ownership of the process, from planning the content calendar to organizing shoots, editing, publishing, and reviewing performance.
The goal is to build someone who can independently manage day-to-day social content and contribute ideas that help the business grow.
Beyond Social Media
As Babyface expands, this position has the potential to develop into a broader marketing role. Depending on your interests and performance, future responsibilities may include:
- Email campaigns and client communications
- Neighborhood partnerships and community marketing
- Influencer outreach and brand collaborations
- Meta and Google advertising
- Marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Client surveys, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
- Helping develop and eventually lead a wider marketing function
We’re looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and take on more as the business grows.
The Person We’re Looking For
Professional experience is less important than creativity, initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.
You’ll be a strong fit if you’re:
- Constantly coming up with new ideas
- Comfortable making short-form videos
- Willing to film and guide people on camera
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Familiar with CapCut, Canva, or comparable creative tools
- Interested in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or digital media
- Curious, adaptable, and willing to experiment
If you spot a trend and immediately start thinking about how Babyface could put its own spin on it, we’d love to hear from you.
