We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Freelance) to expand our presence in the US staffing market, specifically targeting implementation partner ecosystems.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in building relationships with implementation partners. This role is critical in driving growth and establishing a strong foothold in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new leads and secure clients, with a focus on obtaining staffing requirements and building long-term business relationships.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with implementation partners, successfully onboarding them as clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
- Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills, effectively closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
- Maintain a deep understanding of IT consulting and services, leveraging this knowledge to meet client needs.
- Work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the US staffing industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly within the implementation partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT consulting and services is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
