About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative, digitally fluent
Digital Designer to elevate the visual expression of leading beauty brands across every digital touchpoint. This freelance back-fill role will own design execution for ecommerce, paid media, email, social channels, and retail partner platforms—turning brand vision into compelling, performance-driven creative.
The ideal candidate combines a refined aesthetic with a strong understanding of digital performance. You bring elevated, aspirational storytelling to every project while remaining commercially minded and attentive to channel-specific requirements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities confidently, and approach campaigns with a 360° digital-first perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital creative for ecommerce, paid media, email, social media, and retail partner platforms.
- Translate brand strategy, campaign concepts, and product stories into cohesive visual experiences.
- Develop assets that balance premium brand expression with measurable performance objectives.
- Adapt creative concepts across formats, channels, audiences, and platform specifications.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to deliver assets on schedule.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across campaign and always-on digital touchpoints.
- Bring current design trends, beauty-category inspiration, and fresh ideas to creative development.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a high-volume creative workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong digital design portfolio featuring polished, aspirational, and performance-aware creative.
- Experience designing for ecommerce, paid social, email, digital advertising, and social media.
- Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and image-retouching skills.
- Strong understanding of digital-first design principles and channel-specific best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for beauty, consumer brands, and emerging digital creative trends.
