Our client, a digital agency, is looking for a GEO/SEO Content Writer on a freelance basis!
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, original long-form articles optimized for both search engines and generative AI engines.
- Rewrite existing web modules and on-site copy to make content clearer, more direct, and optimized for search and AI visibility.
- Advise the PR team and other channels on how to approach topics to maximize search and AI visibility.
- Review existing Wikipedia audits and identify content gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of GEO/SEO, including search intent, structured content, and how AI engines surface and interpret brand information.
- Experience creating or editing Wikipedia articles for brands as a disclosed paid editor, including experience with approved submissions.
- Strong knowledge of Wikipedia’s notability, sourcing, and conflict-of-interest policies.
- Experience working with spirits, beverage-alcohol, or CPG brands.
- Familiarity with YouTube and other third-party channels as GEO signals.
