We're looking for an Account Supervisor with a strong health/pharma communications background to support a major Immunology account. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of account management and editorial/content experience and can jump in quickly to support a fast-moving client team.
The Account Supervisor will work directly with account leadership to develop internal and external communications, thought leadership, and editorial content across the Immunology portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can understand complex healthcare and product information, translate it into engaging content, and confidently work directly with clients.
Day to Day- Develop and edit editorial and digital content supporting Pharmaceutical Immunology brand awareness and communications.
- Create executive thought leadership, including long-form LinkedIn articles for senior executives.
- Develop internal newsletters highlighting media coverage, product news, industry conversations, and relevant updates.
- Translate complex healthcare and Immunology topics into clear, engaging communications for different audiences.
- Partner directly with clients through emails, calls, content reviews, and ongoing account communication.
- Work closely with senior account leadership and junior team members to keep projects moving and deliver against deadlines.
- Manage multiple content deliverables and review cycles in a fast-paced, high-expectation client environment.
Minimum Requirements:- Health/pharma PR or communications agency experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and editorial/content development skills.
- Experience developing internal communications, newsletters, thought leadership, or executive content.
- Strong account management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex healthcare/product information and translate it into compelling content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working against tight deadlines.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications: - Immunology communications experience.
- Experience supporting executive visibility or thought leadership programs.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience.
