As a writer, you will have the opportunity to provide key career services to help our clients compete in today’s competitive market and may be responsible for directly managing client relationships.

What Do You Bring?
- Experience working in the legal industry, either as a recruiting professional or directly in the field. Knowledge of the nuances between law firm recruitment and in-house legal recruiting.
- A strong understanding of writing best practices, along with current knowledge of the job market and hiring trends.
- Ability to put the puzzle pieces together to translate a client interview into a compelling story around their experience, skill set, and accomplishments.
- Diverse work experience and/or knowledge of various industries and job functions.
- Ability to effectively manage your own schedule to work quickly and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Exceptional English skills when conducting interviews, writing, and communicating verbally.
- Solid customer care skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Added Benefit If You Have:
- Resume Writer Certification (including any of the following: CPRW, CMRW, ACRW, NCRW, MRW, CEIP).
- Previous experience as a professional resume writer.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, and/or career counseling.
