What You'll Do:
We are looking for a candidate who is adept at turning insight to action – leading teams and wowing clients. This candidate must thrive in layering tension on top of truths to crack compelling strategies, and finding new opportunities to connect ideas to culture. You must be on top of trends and all things Social, particularly with specific geographic audiences in the UK, France, Germany and Belgium.
Below are some of the key activities/expectations for this role:
- A strong knowledge of the social landscape in the European market. You like to present thought leadership to your peers on cultural, social media updates, trend forecasting, and sparks for creative thinking
- Passionate and curious about understanding people and their needs, uncovering fresh consumer insights to create effective strategies
- Development of campaign strategies alongside Strategy Director, translating them across a media landscape, and nuancing insights and best practices (platforms/partners/influencers) to different countries in the region.
- The ability to synthesize complex information into simple, persuasive, and confidently-presented strategies through storytelling and deck-making
- The ability to cultivate close and collaborative relationships with creatives, developing creative campaigns that deliver on business objectives with breakthrough creative
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience at a creative shop
- You have category experience in the ecommerce/retail space and/or corporate responsibility
- You have experience developing social strategies for European audiences
- You have a strong knowledge of both audience research tools and desktop research
- You have a desire to be a part of new business pitches
Compensation:
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors.
