At Let’s Bee Social, we work with a variety of industries ranging from B2C to B2B companies. Some of our current clients are in industries such as: Out of Home Advertising, Financial Services, Pet Products, Hair Restoration Services, Construction, Skin & Foot Care, Office Furniture, Podcasting, & more.
Position Overview:
We’re currently looking to add an energetic and passionate account manager to our team. As an account manager, you will be tasked with handling the day-to-day operations for a handful of our existing client accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Content creation - graphics, captions, hashtags, etc.
- Actively Posting on Various Platforms
- Daily Engagement with New & Existing Followers (IG & TikTok)
- Monitoring Comments & Messages on Various Platforms
- Researching Social Media Trends
- Building Monthly Content Calendars
- Developing and Executing Social Media Strategies
- Compiling Monthly Growth Reports
- Meeting Content Submission Deadlines
- Participating in Client & Team Calls
Our ideal candidate has a minimum 1-2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, and possesses the following skills:

- Strong Communication skills – both verbal and written

And has a growing expertise in:
- Development of Social Media Strategies

- Content Creation (graphic design or Canva experience is a major plus)
- Customer Service and Client Relations
- Brand Cultivation – Including Voice and Vision
- Understanding of scheduling and management platforms such as – Google Drive, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite & Airtable
Compensation & Commitment Details:
This is a contract (1099) position with an estimated 20-25 hours per week commitment to start. The starting payment rate is $20 / hour.
Increased hours and compensation can be negotiated as new clients onboard and after an initial 6 month trial period is completed.
The position is remote however our team and clients are west coast based. We are looking for a candidate who is in the Pacific or Central time zone.
Should you be based in the Orange County / Los Angeles area, there may be some in-person meet up opportunities.
