Social Media Account Supervisor
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support the company’s marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling and staying current with social media trends to deliver compelling content across multiple platforms.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging visual and written content
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms
- Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the contract
