We’re seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized digital marketing strategy professional to manage organic social media, paid advertising, and email marketing for a portfolio of client accounts. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who stays ahead of platform trends, takes ownership of results, and can balance creative execution with performance-driven optimization.
You’ll play a key role in building engaging digital presences, improving campaign performance, and delivering work that is accurate, on-brand, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly social media strategies, content calendars, promotional plans, and platform priorities.
- Write, schedule, and publish organic content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Capture and produce on-location photo and video content; create Reels, short-form video, and basic Canva graphics.
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid Meta and TikTok campaigns, including targeting, creative, copy, placements, and budgets.
- Monitor paid campaign performance weekly, test improvements, adjust spend, and pause underperforming ads.
- Prepare monthly social and paid-media performance reports, plus mid-month campaign updates.
- Draft, build, test, and send email campaigns; maintain and improve email automations and flows.
- Coordinate with internal teams on creative needs, approvals, account access, and campaign deadlines.
- Identify content trends, platform changes, and optimization opportunities, bringing proactive recommendations to planning cycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, and/or email marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok advertising, social publishing tools, and email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Experience creating engaging social content, including short-form video, Reels, and basic visual assets.
- Comfortable interpreting performance data, including engagement, click-through rate, cost per result, and return on ad spend.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, accounts, and approval workflows.
- Proactive, self-directed communicator who raises risks early and follows through on commitments.
- Current knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, advertising policies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work locally in the Nashville or Franklin, Tennessee area and participate in occasional content shoots.
