Job Title: Mechanical Drafter / Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-driven drafting professional to support custom engineering efforts that help bring tailored solutions to life for complex customer needs. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate closely with engineering and supplier partners to turn requirements into clear, accurate mechanical designs and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Generate custom mechanical drawings, designs, and bill of materials for tailored engineering solutions.
- Design, model, and prototype mechanical system components for test and measurement applications.
- Work with customers, engineering teams, and contract manufacturers to define requirements and document solutions.
- Travel as needed, including domestic and international travel, to support project objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in a mechanical drafting / Designing role.
- 3 to 5 years of highly proficient CREO / Pro/E / SolidWorks. experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a successful history of working with external suppliers.
- US Person only, with the ability to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD clearances.
