Social Media Content Creator
Full-Time | $30–$35/hour | 30–40% Travel
About the Role
PHE Consulting LLC is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to help build and grow our digital presence.
We’re looking for more than someone who simply posts on social media. We want someone who can recognize great content opportunities, capture them, turn them into compelling videos and photos, and develop strategies to get that content in front of the right audience.
You’ll work closely with company leadership and regularly travel to capture content during business trips, events, conferences, meetings, and other company activities.
This position requires approximately 30–40% domestic travel.
What You’ll Do
* Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
* Film and photograph company leadership, events, travel, meetings, and behind-the-scenes activities.
* Create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
* Produce Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, photos, and longer-form videos.
* Edit video, photography, audio, captions, graphics, and other creative elements.
* Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.
* Identify content opportunities without needing constant direction.
* Help build and manage the company’s content calendar.
* Develop strategies for increasing reach, engagement, followers, and audience growth.
* Determine how content should be distributed and repurposed across different platforms.
* Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
* Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
* Help determine which content should receive paid promotion.
* Test different creative, audiences, messaging, hooks, and calls to action.
* Monitor content and advertising performance.
* Track metrics including views, reach, engagement, watch time, clicks, leads, conversions, and audience growth.
* Use performance data to improve future content and marketing strategies.
Travel
This position requires approximately 30–40% travel, primarily domestic.
You’ll travel with company leadership and/or team members to capture content during business trips, conferences, events, meetings, and other opportunities.
Travel may include overnight or multi-day trips and occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Company-required travel expenses will be covered in accordance with company travel policies.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, videography, photography, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Strong video filming and editing skills.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Experience creating short-form vertical video.
* Understanding of lighting, audio, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Photography and photo-editing skills.
* Experience with paid social media advertising preferred.
* Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working directly with executives and company leadership.
* Professional, dependable, and discreet.
* Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40%.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
