Duration: 05 Months Contract
Responsibilities:- Design elevated and brand-right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives
- Source images in support of online creative
- Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met
- Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork
- Partner with cross functional teams to provide creative solutions to react to shifting business needs
- Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
Qualifications: - Sophisticated sense of design/style
- Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
- Passionate and active on social platforms (specifically Instagram and Snapchat)
- Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
- Working understanding of Web best practices
- Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
- Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
- Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
- Ability to manage projects from initial design through to final delivery
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills required
- Awareness of brand landscape, understanding of our demographic and market
- Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards a plus
Experience Required:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
- Animation knowledge required
- Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills
- 4-5 years digital design experience
- Retail/fashion design experience a plus
Essential Functions:- Ability to use a Mac
- Must have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly - Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Must have Figma experience
