Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is a dependable, collaborative designer who can step into an active workflow, quickly understand established standards, and keep work moving with minimal disruption. They balance creative thinking with disciplined execution, respond constructively to feedback, and know when to move independently versus when to pause for alignment. They are comfortable owning deliverables, but equally comfortable collaborating within an existing team structure and creative direction.
