Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, versatile Freelance UGC Content Creator & TikTok Content Designer to concept, shoot, and edit engaging, low-fidelity social content from concept through completion. In this role, you will be the creative voice and face behind promoted social tactics—primarily focused on TikTok, with cross-posting potential for Meta.
This is a project-based role structured around a defined cadence of social tactics. Because this position supports an active opening on our team, strong performers will have the opportunity for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Concept, film, and edit high-performing, UGC-style video content tailored for TikTok and Meta channels.
- On-Camera & Voice Talent: Act as the primary on-camera creator for influencer-style content and record clear, dynamic voiceovers.
- Motion Design: Create engaging 2D animations and visual elements in After Effects to elevate video posts.
- On-Location Content Capture: Visit regional retail locations as needed to capture authentic, low-fi store and product footage.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all social assets align seamlessly with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and current social media trends.
Qualifications & Top Skills
- UGC & TikTok Expertise: Proven experience creating high-engagement, UGC-style social content built specifically for TikTok algorithms and trends.
- Video Production & Editing: Hands-on experience in low-fi mobile video capture, editing, voiceover recording, and confident on-camera presence.
- 2D Animation: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating custom 2D animations and visual overlays.
- Proximity to Stores: Candidates must reside in a market with regional grocery store access to facilitate periodic content capture.
Equipment & Logistics
- Equipment: Specific capture accessories (e.g., stabilization gimbal) will be provided, though creators will utilize their mobile device for primary filming.
- Structure: Flexible project-based hours tied to recurring content deliverables.
