Can you make someone stop scrolling, ask a question, and actually want to see the next product? Case-Mate is looking for an on-camera host who can turn live product demos into conversations people want to join.
Case-Mate is a tote, lifestyle accessories, and phone case brand with products that bring personality to everyday life. As a TikTok Live Host, you’ll broadcast from our in-house studio, showcase our products, and connect with viewers in real time. You should be warm, quick on your feet, comfortable improvising, and genuinely interested in helping people find products they’ll love.
What you’ll do
- Host live broadcasts from Case-Mate’s in-house studio featuring totes, lifestyle accessories, phone cases, and other products.
- Demonstrate products clearly and explain their features and benefits in a relatable way.
- Respond to questions and comments in real time, making viewers feel welcome and keeping the conversation moving.
- Work with the marketing team to prepare for broadcasts and support campaigns and promotions.
- Learn the products well enough to answer questions confidently and adapt when a live show takes an unexpected turn.
- Bring ideas from live commerce and social media trends that could make our broadcasts better.
What you bring
- Experience hosting or participating in live broadcasts and familiarity with live streaming platforms.
- Confidence on camera, strong communication skills, and the ability to improvise.
- A friendly, engaging presence and sound judgment when interacting with viewers.
- The ability to learn product details and translate them into useful, compelling demonstrations.
- Reliability, preparation, and the ability to work independently within a set broadcast schedule.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take feedback and keep improving.
- Availability to work on site at our studio for scheduled broadcasts.
- You must be able to arrive well-groomed and camera-ready, provide your own wardrobe, stand for four or more hours, bend, perform light lifting, and work under studio lights.
