Robert Half Marketing and Creative in Denver is looking for an experienced Digital Product Designer to support a services team in Colorado through a long-term contract engagement. This role centers on shaping thoughtful digital experiences across websites, travel-focused tools, and AI-related products while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in a mostly remote environment. The assignment begins with a part-time onboarding period before moving into ongoing coverage, making it well suited for someone who can quickly learn context and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
• Craft user-centered designs for digital products, including websites, travel platforms, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Produce wireframes, journey maps, interface mockups, and refined visual designs using Figma.
• Build interactive prototypes that help teams evaluate concepts and guide product direction.
• Work closely with internal partners to define requirements, align on priorities, and carry designs through execution.
• Explain design recommendations to stakeholders and clients with clear reasoning tied to user needs and business outcomes.
• Support consulting-driven project work by translating complex challenges into practical digital solutions.
• Uphold consistency across experiences by applying strong UX thinking and cohesive interface patterns.
• Participate in occasional onsite collaboration in Lakewood, Colorado when in-person sessions are needed.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or a similar discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, collaboration, and design system work.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive prototypes to communicate functionality and flow.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, digital product processes, and problem-solving through design.
• Ability to present design choices clearly to both internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities effectively in a primarily remote setting.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe XD is helpful, and exposure to Claude or similar AI-assisted workflows is preferred.
