Role Description The Contract Content Strategist is a full-time (Remote but based in Vegas or Miami) role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing NOBS’s presence across social media platforms.
NOBS is hiring for multiple positions with similar skillsets to bring content production in house.
Day-to-day tasks include researching audience needs, defining content themes and messaging, and creating detailed content plans for YouTube and short form content. The Content Strategist will oversee content calendars, guide content development and web copywriting, review performance metrics, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in content strategy, including audience research, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel content planning.
- Experience with content management and content development, including maintaining content libraries and coordinating production workflows.
- Strong skills in YouTube long form.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Proven organizational skills, including managing deadlines, content calendars, and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in consumer products, oral care, or health and wellness sectors is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree is irrelevant. If you have the skills, the degree doesn't matter.
