Role Description The Contract Social Media Manager is a full-time (Remote but based in Vegas or Miami) role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing NOBS’s presence across social media platforms.
NOBS is hiring for multiple positions with similar skillsets to bring content production in house.
Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, managing community engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a brand-aligned tone. The role involves monitoring social media analytics, running experiments to improve reach and engagement, and refining strategies based on performance data. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social content with product launches, brand campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives. This role also requires staying current with platform trends and best practices to ensure NOBS remains visible and relevant in the digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms with emphasis on Youtube Long Form.
- Effective Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messages for diverse audiences.
- Content Strategy skills, including experience building content calendars, campaign plans, and cohesive brand narratives.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and KPIs, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience working in consumer products, personal care, or wellness sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of basic editing tools (e.g. Capcut, etc), long form, and short-form video platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree is irrelevant. If you have the skills, the degree doesn't matter.
