Summary:
UX Process from research to delivery
Job Responsibilities:
- Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
- Deliver high quality assets for each stage of the design process: initial ideations, low-fidelity wireframes, testable prototypes, and final dev-ready UI design files
- Employ and extend a company's design system when creating UI files
- Display "self starter" abilities, taking initiative and contributing to a wide range of projects in ways beyond what was initially required
Skills:
- Experience in professional, data-driven UI development
- Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and other members of the UX team
- Ability to effectively contribute to multiple concurrent projects through organizational skills and time management
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking and healthcare
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, art, communications, psychology or human-computer interaction required
- 5-7 years experience required
