Role Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Freelance Social Media Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing videos specifically for paid social media campaigns, with a focus on direct response video ads.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to understand campaign goals and create videos that drive direct response.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video content and direct response advertising.
- Optimize video content for performance, including attention-grabbing intros, clear calls-to-action, and mobile-friendly formats.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for social media, with a portfolio of direct response video ads.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of video analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
