INDIVISA is our Women’s soccer brand devoted to growing joy and excitement for the women’s game. We’re about elevating moments that matter to this diverse, emerging audience with an inclusive and celebratory voice. INDIVISA is expanding into the US as a priority in 2025 and this role will play a crucial role in helping our brand grow a presence in the women’s soccer community.
About the Role
The INDIVISA US Social Media Manager will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content across social media channels (Instragram, YouTube, etc.)
Your success will be determined by growing our audience share, increasing engagement, and publishing best-in-class social content.
Applicants should have their finger on the pulse of the U.S. women’s game including USWNT, NWSL, and USL Super League.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of graphic design and social video formats. You must excel at caption writing, be an expert at community engagement, and bring your creative ideas to a collaborative team. You are hyper focused on engagement and audience growth.
What You'll be doing:
- Create static image concepts to engage with the US soccer audience
- Identify incremental opportunities to grow our audience and expand our reach on social media including collaborating with our video and creator partnership leads
- Play a key role in collaborating with the INDIVISA team to ensure content is published on deadline
- Help oversee the internal database tracking the progress of all all INDIVISA projects
What You Have:
- Previous experience producing social media content, ideally at a sports publisher or creator
- Background editing social video in Adobe Premiere
- A strong understanding of soccer and the women’s game in the U.S.
- Obsession with social media; deep understanding of what people want to share and what makes publishers successful
- An understanding of the digital and social media landscape
- A deep familiarity with analytics, data, and using data to drive insights and performance
- Basic video shooting skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to look ahead in content planning
- An interest in and deep knowledge of the social web
