About the role:
WellFIT Private Fitness & Rehab is seeking a marketing and sales growth partner. You'll own funnel-building, lead gen, and consultation scheduling; My staff and I will provide consultations, training and coaching delivery.
Compensation is revenue share on new business generated — negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage marketing campaigns (ads, content, SEO, social, email)
- Generate and nurture leads
- Schedule consultations via provided calendar access
- Report on campaign performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing/sales for local service businesses
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within the Health and Fitness Industry.
Compensation: Commission/revenue share, negotiable based on experience — paid on a regular schedule with transparent reporting access.
