Our client, a top recognizable airline, is hiring a UX Designer (Mid-Senior Level) working on their Inflight, Catering, HR, and Corporate Systems in an ongoing contract capacity.
As AI becomes more of a focus for the portfolio, the organization is seeking someone with a strong AI fluency, someone comfortable/experienced designing AI-enabled experiences and ideally someone who has designed for at minimum AI features/functionalities.
Contract Duration: 6+ months
*High likelihood to extend, long-term multi-year need!
Location: Chicago, IL (flexible hybrid) or Remote (must work CST hours)
Experience Required:
- Experienced Mid-Senior level UX Design experience working for an enterprise organization
- Experience designing across web and mobile platforms, with native iOS expertise strongly preferred
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design/research/synthesis/workflows, and ability to thoughtfully design experiences that incorporate AI capabilities while maintaining usability and user trust
- Demonstrate product and systems thinking - connecting to user needs, business goals, and operational realities into effective solutions
- Work in a fast-paced environment, be incredibly detail oriented, work autonomously, and work within ambiguity and complex environments
- Clearly articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to business, product, and technology stakeholders
- Ability to independently also conduct evaluative research, usability testing, and concept validation - as needed only
