Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Strategist & Creator to help grow A Young Mindset’s social media presence, primarily on Instagram & LinkedIn.
You’ll help develop content ideas and strategy, create short-form videos and graphics, write captions/hooks, maintain a content calendar, and track performance. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn her web development experience, projects, and entrepreneurial journey into engaging content.
This is a remote, contract role with a collaborative and flexible workflow.
Qualifications
* Experience creating and strategizing social media content
* Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
* Experience with short-form video/Reels and Canva or similar design tools
* Strong writing skills, especially captions and hooks
* Ability to develop content ideas from a founder’s expertise and experiences
* Understanding of personal branding and growing a business’s online presence
* Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance
* Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently
* Experience working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, creators, or technology/creative brands is a plus
* Portfolio or examples of previous social media/content work preferred
