Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will interact with the community through comments and messages, collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, and refine the content strategy based on insights and trends. The role also involves staying current with social media best practices and identifying opportunities to showcase Zèya’s products, features, and community stories.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow audiences, drive engagement, and support campaign goals.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and on-brand content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars, aligning content with business objectives, and adapting to performance insights.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and platform insights (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Understanding of marketplace, consumer, or fintech products is a plus; prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to commute to Miami, FL for on-site work as required.
