Role Details:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level OCM Communications Specialist to support communications and stakeholder engagement for large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. This role will create, manage, and deliver clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences across a complex, matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and content creator who can translate complex technical and business topics into compelling, audience-focused communications. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, stakeholders, and change management partners to develop communications that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications deliverables from concept through execution and delivery.
- Develop and execute stakeholder-specific communications and engagement plans.
- Partner with multiple project workstreams to identify impacted audiences and determine effective communication strategies.
- Translate complex technical, business, and transformation topics into clear, concise, audience-focused communications.
- Create, edit, proofread, and publish engaging communications and content.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and manage multiple communications deadlines simultaneously.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, project teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support communications and engagement metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and use insights to continuously improve communications.
- Support activation of the Change Network through communications, resources, toolkits, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with change management and training teams to identify and communicate training and learning needs.
- Manage content through SharePoint, Staffbase, or similar CMS platforms.
- Effectively navigate ambiguity and shifting project requirements while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors and support timely processing of invoices and deliverables.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Support other communications and transformation activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of professional experience in communications, content creation, editorial, or a related field.
- Strong experience creating written content in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting communications and stakeholder engagement for large-scale business, technology, or organizational transformations.
- Hands-on experience creating, managing, and publishing content using SharePoint, Staffbase, or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all organizational levels.
- Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Graphic design or visual communications experience is a plus.
- B2B communications experience is preferred.
