Title: Freelance Assistant or Associate Designer

Responsibilities
- Research market trends and develop new design concepts for baby and toddler apparel.
- Sketch apparel bodies and concepts, and help develop product groups aligned with visual direction.
- Prepare technical packs, color cards, and fabric swatch cards for factory communication.
- Create styles and upload technical packs and artwork using PLM systems.
- Support the design team of our client with day-to-day product development activities.
Requirements
- Experience designing baby and toddler apparel.
- Strong apparel design knowledge, including concept development and visual direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to work quickly.
- Advanced Excel skills for preparing technical packs.
- Experience with Simparel, Xenta, and/or other PLM systems for style creation and asset uploads.
